Our mission

Our mission is to provide and promote search and rescue K9s as a local resource to Fire Departments, Law Enforcement Agencies, EMS Agencies, and their communities to assist in the event of an emergency throughout the State of Ohio and beyond. Our K9 teams are trained in various disciplines and are on call 24/7 to help those in need.

What we do

Our teams can help locate:

  • Missing persons in wilderness or urban settings
  • Missing Children
  • Lost or injured hikers/ hunters
  • Drowning victims
  • Alzheimer or Dementia patients who have wandered off
  • Location of deceased victims on land or in water

Our objectives

CORRK9U Objectives:

  • Develop and train professional K9 handlers in multiple search disciplines.
  • Develop K9 teams that meet and exceed national certification standards.
  • Train members in search procedures.
  • Develop working relationships with our local communities and their first responders.
